In partnership with providers and community organizations since 1997, we work to ensure everyone in Santa Clara County has access to equitable, high-quality health care. With a strong commitment to integrity, outstanding service, and support for our community, we serve more than 295,000 people through our Medi-Cal and SCFHP DualConnect (HMO D-SNP) health care plans.

Pacific Free Clinic is a volunteer-operated clinic that is dedicated to serving adult patients who do not have insurance in our local communities in Santa Clara County. Our mission is to provide transitional care to those who are uninsured and have limited access to healthcare. Under this model, we aim to provide referrals and connections to resources that can better serve patients' long-term needs.

Cardinal Free Clinics provide free basic services to adult patients who do not have insurance. We do not cover services outside of our program, including emergency room visits. We operate at two locations: Arbor Free Clinic and Pacific Free Clinic. Click on the links below or scroll down for more information on each of the clinics.

The RotaCare San Jose Free Medical Clinic is offering appointments, free of charge, in Spanish and English, on Wednesday evenings, for all community members over 18 years of age, who do not have medical insurance, and who have limited finances.

Better Health Pharmacy is the first and only drug donation pharmacy in California. We receive unused, unopened, and unexpired medications from licensed healthcare facilities, and dispense the drugs at no cost to our patients who have a valid prescription. Our pharmacy aims to increase the access to medication for everyone and serve patients who cannot afford their medications.
