Adult Primary Care
Pacific Free Clinic is a volunteer-operated clinic that is dedicated to serving adult patients who do not have insurance in our local communities in Santa Clara County. Our mission is to provide transitional care to those who are uninsured and have limited access to healthcare. Under this model, we aim to provide referrals and connections to resources that can better serve patients' long-term needs.
The RotaCare San Jose Free Medical Clinic is offering appointments, free of charge, in Spanish and English, on Wednesday evenings, for all community members over 18 years of age, who do not have medical insurance, and who have limited finances.
Cardinal Free Clinics provide free basic services to adult patients who do not have insurance. We do not cover services outside of our program, including emergency room visits.
